Harper Flag is inspired by the angled flagpoles found on European castles and historic buildings, bringing a diagonal line into the interior as something both quietly poetic and like a flower emerging from the wall. The work is formed through an extremely light structure, held in place by the gentle force of its own weight against the wall — seemingly fragile, yet remarkably stable. It is especially suited to corridor settings or continuous wall surfaces, where repeated placement allows its diagonal lines and halos of light to create a calm and distinct rhythm in space.
